Environ Grounds Services carries £2 million public liability insurance and £10 million employers’ liability insurance.
Matching contractual requirements
Our £2 million public-liability cover already meets a contract specifying a lower minimum; the cover does not need to be reduced for that site.
Current Environ cover applies to insured grounds-maintenance activities and excludes tree felling. Where specialist arboricultural work is required, scope and insurance arrangements are confirmed separately before work is accepted.
If a new client requires a higher public-liability limit, we can explore an increase with our insurer. Any change is subject to insurer approval, the work involved, additional premium and agreement before the contract starts.
